Rob Arroyo is a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in the electrical industry. He has held various roles, including Jobsite Foreman and Owner Operator, and has successfully run multiple large scale projects, including electrical installations at The Marriot Trade Center NYC, JFK, and LGA Airports. He is knowledgeable in all local and national electrical codes and has expertise in standard installation procedures for both residential and commercial projects. In his current role at Night Owl Electric, he manages the day to day field processes and leads a team of between 4 and 10 employees on various electrical projects. In addition to his hands-on experience, Rob is proficient in managing tasks such as quality control, inventory control, and personnel management. He holds a high school diploma from Northport High School and has been working in the industry since 1990.
Jim Stuart
Jim Stuart is a highly skilled General Manager with a strong background in electrical work and project management. He is dedicated to delivering positive customer experiences to promote loyalty and repeat business and has a talent for anticipating and resolving problems. Jim is proficient in material cost estimate software and Microsoft Office, and excels at computing cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and production activities for small and large scale projects.
In his current role at Night Owl Electric, Jim is responsible for maximizing profitability, preparing designs and estimates, and managing budgets, employee reviews, training, schedules, and contract negotiations. He has successfully led the development of conceptual estimate/design-build bid submissions for complex projects and key clients and has a strong understanding of market conditions and business trends, as well as competitor strengths and weaknesses.
Prior to his current position, Jim served as a Project Manager and Project Estimator at Pratt and Smith, where he managed projects from procurement to commission, developed and initiated projects, and monitored costs and performance. He also served as a Journeyman Electrician, where he completed rough-in, termination, and underground work, and repaired and installed new fixtures, wiring, circuits, and control systems.
Overall, Jim is a skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record of success in the electrical industry. He has excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, and is proficient in department oversight, performance monitoring and evaluation, and client account management. He is able to work flexible hours, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and has a strong ability to think critically and strategically.
